A Face to Face workshop will be held the October 18-20,2022 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm JST (Japan Standard Time (UTC+9) at the Panasonic Center in Tokyo.
The primary focus of this face to face meeting of the System Architecture Team and Expert Groups is Flutter integration and App Framework architecture. Other topics are listed below. The final agenda will be posted one week prior to the meeting.
On Thursday we would like to take this opportunity to re-engage our Japanese members (and anyone else) by providing a day of training on AGL. The training classes will require a separate registration for virtual attendees (Link to be provided). The course agenda and descriptions can be found here
Location:
Panasonic Center in Tokyo 3 Chome-5-1 Ariake, Koto City, Tokyo 135-0063,
Hotels:
We do not have a room block set aside for this event. Some of us are staying at the Hilton Odaiba which is conveniently located close to Gonpachi and a short train ride from the Panasonic Center, but there are plenty of other choices in the area.
Covid protocols will be determined as we get closer to the event and will be based on the prevailing rules in Tokyo and Panasonic.
If you have any symptoms during the days, please stay in your hotel room and contact Walt or Jan-Simon. We'll bring a rapid test to your hotel room door.
In-Person Attendees
At this time we are limiting in-person participation to a maximum of 30 attendees. If you plan to attend in-person please send an email to Walt Miner (wminer at linuxfoundation dot org) to confirm there is a spot available and he will add you to the list below.
