       * KVM - Scott pushed some changes last night to get it to a state where it would build. 
       * Flutter embedder version resolved during the IVI PR EG call last week. Will not bump the embedder version until after CES so we will carry Scott's compositor patch for a few months.

       * Quite a few changes went in as prep for CES from the last two weeks of integration in Japan.

         * Roger reworked html5 apps for kuksa usage- will upload hvac and WAM (wss) - 28106 merged. Discussed 28107 and Roger will rework based on comments.

       * Discussed running the Flutter apps as a regular part of Edi's test regime and we will start doing that with the understanding that some tests may need to be tweaked or not work at this time.  
       * BBE: still waiting on TI for Weston 10 support.

     * BBE on the download server is not where it used to be because telematics is now being used with the Weston build broken. Vinod will point to telematics for the time being.

      * Arnaud has a fix for applaunchd to fix launching multiple copies of the same application. 
      * Scott to open a Jira ticket for no audio and assign it to Ashok. 
      * Scott pointed out that the mixer will not work without significant rework. Will open a Jira ticket. 
      * Scott will look at language switching in Dashboard app
      * Paul will update the TI and Sancloud BSPs for Marlin. Should be able to get this done before the end January. 
      * Dunfell 3.1.13 in flight for later this week. 
      * Scott noted that Synopsis and Qualcomm BSP will not be updated in time for Marlin final release unless someone pushes for it. 
      * WAM - SPEC-4137 - working on getting apps to launch and resume without app framework. 

New Business:
   * koi: final 11.0.5 was tagged. Edi's [[https://lists.automotivelinux.org/g/agl-dev-community/message/9606 | Test report for 11.0.5]] looked good so we can go ahead an make the release. 
   * Side note, Scott found a fix for the issue with building with Bullseye and will post a fix.

       * Bluetooth, media player (TBD exactly what and how) and Nav

       * Latest PipeWire and WirePlumber available.  Might be issues with getting to latest PW/WP due to lua requirements that they have.

          * The apps that are available in the launcher are: Dashboard, HVAC, Navigation, Settings and Weston terminal,
          * With regards to connectivity - bluetooth, wifi and ethernet are still working, albeit via connmanctl. You can get bluetooth to work from settings but you have to use "rfkill unblock bluetooth" first from cli. Switching rfkill from cli could cause a flood of various messages in the journal. Sliders in settings currently do not switch rfkill.Wifi and wired/ethernet menus in Settings are not yet converted to show networks/interfaces.
          * Currently there is no audio.
          * Homescreen cannot start applications - you can only switch between them if you start them first from the launcher. Choosing a different app does not change the currently selected icon in the top bar.
          * Language switching in Dashboard app currently does not work, Scott is investigating this.
          * HVAC and Navigation apps work.
      * Marius posted a few patches that may fix from launcher and home screen issues. 

New Business:
   * koi: final 11.0.5 was tagged. Edi's build failed using Bullseye. Will talk to Jan-Simon when he gets back from holidays.
