A Face to Face workshop will be held on the final day of the AGL All Member Meeting 17 July 2020.  The primary focus of this face to face meeting of the System Architecture Team and Expert Groups. Unlike our usual AGL Zoom meetings we will encourage people to use their cameras.

08:00 - 08:15 Introductions and Agenda Review 

08:15 - 09:00 - Review the Sound System RFQ (SPEC-3471). 
   * Nishiguchi-san will summarize the results of the discussion in the JIRA ticket.
   * George stated that the requirements are well suited for an implementation of WirePlumber in the Container Host, but it is heavily dependent on the container run-time that is chosen. Therefore he Container Host's runtime environment should be selected prior to starting the work on this sound manager. 
   * Container run-time is assumed to be LXC by the IC EG.  
   * Fulup stated that support for smart hardware amplifiers with advanced hardware capabilities such as MP3 decoding or mixing needs to be accounted for in the Container Host design.

09:15 - 10:15 - Window Manager and Compositor Roadmap 

10:15 - 11:45 - Toyota Proposal for IVI Product Readiness (SPEC-3501)
   * Special SAT Calls for Product readiness every 2 weeks starting Aug 6 at 3 pm JST. 

   * March 21 Product Ready Trial
     * +Test App for IVI PR means both current demo apps and Toyota PR Test apps both run
     * +RBA means Window Manager/ Audio Manager with RBA added on (to be discussed if this can be achieved in the schedule) 
   * December 2021
     * +BT, Radio is new development being done for BT and Tuner by Konsulko based on Toyota gap analysis
     * +HMI is TBD what that means
     * +HMI Service is a new compositor or builds on existing Compositor+RBA that is completed in March?

   * Reviewed proposal from Jan-Simon for reworking the Yocto layers and build system.   
     * Core part of the layer design will be discussed in SAT meeting
     * OEM layer design will be discussed in Special SAT meeting. Tanikawa-san has thinking about this as  his homework for August 6 meeting.
